My name is Cara and I am the mother of two spirited and smart little girls. We are an active family and we enjoy hiking, swimming, reading, cooking, running, traveling and simply spending time together. We moved to the Capital Region of NY from Northern California in 2016 and it was then that I started attending La Leche League meetings. At LLL, I have found an amazing network of parents who offer the kind of support and friendship any mom needs. As a Leader, I hope to encourage and educate other breastfeeding families and help support the development of happy, healthy little ones!
